Prior to your flight, we are required by law to have an accurate reading of each customer&rsquo;s weight and the weight of any cargo before boarding the flight so we can determine the best way to distribute the weight evenly across the aircraft. To be able to distribute the weight evenly to ensure a safe experience for everyone on board, we will allocate your seat. Although you may not be seating directly beside your travel partner, you will still be on the same helicopter at only an arm&rsquo;s length away. If we didn&rsquo;t allocate seats, there could be detrimental impacts, if the flight was even able to lift off from the ground.

Our Northern Territory helicopter experiences take off from 8:30 am through to sunset, 365 days a year &ndash; weather permitting. Harsh weather conditions such as strong winds, torrential rain or dangerous storms may impact our ability to carry out safe flights which will lead to us cancelling flights. If this is the case our team will be in contact with you regarding rescheduling your flight but there is no need to worry, there are very few days a year we have to reschedule!

As we operate a large fleet of helicopters, our aircraft can carry between 4 &ndash; 6 passengers per flight pending the aircraft being utilised on the day. All helicopters are assigned due to a number of operational reasons including aircraft availability, weather, maintenance and total weights of all passengers on board. If you are travelling with more than 6 passengers, please reach out to our friendly reservations team and they will assist in catering to your group.

Hidden deep in Watarrka National Park, Kings Canyon is an impressive chasm of soaring sandstone walls and unique native flora.&nbsp;It won&#39;t be long until you&#39;re flying over the 440 million-year-old canyon, soaking in uninterrupted vistas and appreciating the canyon&#39;s true scale and beauty.

&nbsp;

From here, you&#39;ll cruise along the sandstone formations of George Gill Range to Petermann Pound where you might be lucky enough to see camels and brumbies in their natural habitat, before returning to the launch site via Back Canyon.&nbsp;Listen to informative commentary provided by your pilot during the flight, including tips on the best angle for those postcard-perfect photos!&nbsp;

	All passengers weighing 125kg&nbsp;or more will&nbsp;be required to purchase a Comfort Seat in addition to their fare. You will need to call us to book this for you. This seat will give&nbsp;an extra seat on board the helicopter, either adjacent to or opposite to ensure comfort for them, comfort for other passengers on board the helicopter, and to ensure a safe and accurate weight and balance of the helicopter. The comfort seat charge is priced at an additional 50% of the flight type fare they have chosen to join.&nbsp;

	All tours and scenic flights bookings under 55 mins must be made with a minimum of 2 paying passengers. All tours over 3 hrs have a min 4 pax. Single passenger requests will be waitlisted and can only be confirmed once we have the required minimum passenger numbers.

	Flights may be shared with others. Exclusivity is only guaranteed upon request and when 4 or more seats per helicopter are purchased.

	Please arrive 10 minutes before your departure time. Late arrivals or &ldquo;no shows&rdquo; will not be refunded or rescheduled.

	<li>
	In accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority CAAP 235-1 (paragraph 11) all passengers are required to provide full name, accurate weight and baggage details prior to flight.
	</li>
	<li>
	Passenger and baggage weights on check-in that differ from those provided at the time of booking may result in flight cancellation or refusal of passengers. In this case no refund will apply or an additional fee may be proposed to the client.
	</li>
	<li>
	All flights are subject to weather conditions. Professional Helicopter Services will endeavour to give as much notice as possible for all changes caused by weather. Flights cancelled by Professional Helicopter Services will be rescheduled or refunded in full. Our highest priority is the safety of our passengers.

	Flights can be cancelled at the pilot&rsquo;s discretion at any time. In the event that your pilot decides to terminate the flight due to weather, only the unused portion of your fare will be refunded.
	</li>
	<li>
	All passengers fly at the discretion of the pilot. Professional Helicopter Services reserves the right to cancel or terminate any flight if a passenger is deemed a threat to the safety of the aircraft or other passengers and crew. This includes but is not limited to drunk, disorderly, erratic or threatening behaviour. No refund will be given.
