Please check your emails (including your spam folder) between&nbsp;the day before your tour.

	If Sydney&nbsp;Kayak Experience determines at a point during the course of the kayaking activity, including at the boat ramp, prior to a kayaking activity that the conditions are not safe for the activity, then Sydney&nbsp;Kayak Experience will not provide a refund, but will offer a reschedule, and will&nbsp;not be responsible for any inconvenience (financial or otherwise) caused by cancellation of the activities upon your arrival at the location determined for the kayaking activity

	If Sydney&nbsp;Kayak Experience have indicated in the previous day&nbsp;weather update email that the kayaking activity is safe to go ahead, but it may be a wet activity, and you would like to reschedule due to possible rain, you can opt to reschedule up until 6pm the night before your tour, for a non-refundable rebooking fee of 15%. This late reschedule fee covers the cost of the Guides that are booked to run the activity that is due to go ahead. This rebooking option is only available if a wet-weather email has been sent by Sydney&nbsp;Kayak Experience and the rebooking is outlined as an option in this email, otherwise, the standard cancellation and no show policy will apply.

	Sydney&nbsp;Kayak Experience are an all-weather experience, kayaking during the time of the Sunset, Sunrise and mid-morning, but cannot guarantee what the sunset/sunrise or weather will be. Don&rsquo;t forget to bring a raincoat in case of rain and dress for the conditions on the day.

All fitness levels are welcome! Couples or children can benefit greatly from the double kayaks! Sit at the front and take it easy, just take photos or take regular breaks paddling, as the double kayaks can be operated and manoeuvred easily by the person sitting in the back alone!

If the Operator feels the need to cancel due to the weather, they will notify you by the afternoon prior to the proposed dates, usually by around 5pm. Your safety is a priority; therefore, if it&rsquo;s forecasted too windy or rainy, they will offer you an alternative day to reschedule. If you&rsquo;re unable to attend a later day, a refund can be organised.

Set your alarm for early, as you&rsquo;ll meet your guide and a small group of a maximum of 12 paddlers at Milson Park at 5am. Start with a safety briefing and a quick demo for those who&#39;ve not kayaked before.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Then, set off for a fun-filled and friendly paddle around the harbour, led by a fully qualified guide. Take in the views as the sun slowly warms the sky and the city starts to awaken.

Relish brilliant photo opportunities with iconic landmarks such as the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. The photos will be sent via email so you can share your morning on the water with friends.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Please note, there are just&nbsp;four single kayaks and four double kayaks for each experience. The double kayaks are perfect for couples and children, and&nbsp;all fitness levels are welcome.

After your tour, treat yourself to coffee and breakfast at the Flying Bear Cafe nearby, with a $20 breakfast credit included in your experience.&nbsp;
