<h4>Day 1 &ndash; Darwin to Kakadu National Park</h4>

&nbsp;

This 5-day tour&nbsp;from Darwin kicks off bright and early and heads straight to Mary River, where&nbsp;you&#39;ll board the Corroboree Billabong Wetland Cruise.&nbsp;Home to the largest concentration of saltwater crocodiles in the world and a variety of native birds, fish and other wildlife, the cruise is a thrilling and educational experience where you&#39;ll learn about the biology and behaviour of these apex predators and the local wetland ecosystem.

&nbsp;

The journey then takes you into Kakadu National Park where home for the next two nights will be&nbsp;Jabiru. Stop&nbsp;into the Bowali Visitor Centre to soak up the information and presentations about Kakadu&#39;s animals, plants, landscapes and rich indigenous art, culture and history. You&#39;ll also get a chance to catch a glimpse of the elusive Tingo after checking into your accommodation in Jabiru.

Travelling to the infamous Cahills Crossing over the East Alligator River, spot crocodiles at one of the most dangerous bodies of water in the country. After being guided through the World Heritage-listed sacred site Rock Art Site of Ubirr, you&#39;ll then enjoy a magnificent sunset overlooking the Nadab Floodplains before heading back to Jabiru for a delicious dinner.

<h4>Day 2 &ndash; Kakadu National Park -&nbsp;Jim Jim or Twin Falls &ndash; Jabiru Return</h4>

Perhaps two of Kakadu National Park&#39;s most famous icons are Jim Jim Falls and Twin Falls. Both are spectacular waterfalls that gloriously cascade over the Arnhem Land escarpment into pristine, crystal clear plunge pools at the end of a long adventurous, unsealed, corrugated 4WD track.&nbsp;Depending on seasonal factors and cultural observations, you&#39;ll&nbsp;visit one of these impressive waterfalls.

&nbsp;

With picnic lunches packed, hike out to the falls, with plenty of time to cool off and enjoy the incredible landscape. The striking contrast between white, sunkissed sandy banks and the dramatic, deep hues of the Arnhem Land escarpment, carved out over millions of years of erosion, is an exquisite sight to behold.

&nbsp;

You&#39;ll then stop in at Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre. Developed by traditional custodians, the centre offers visitors an interactive and educational insight into Kakadu&#39;s incredible history and cultural significance. See artefacts, artwork, displays and hear fascinating stories from Aboriginal elders. You&#39;ll also have the opportunity to purchase authentic handcrafted arts and crafts, didgeridoos, books and cards made by local artisans.

<h4>Day 3 &ndash; Jabiru to Pine Creek&nbsp;&nbsp;</h4>

&nbsp;

Start day three as the sun rises at one of the best scenic lookouts in the park &ndash;&nbsp;the Nawurlandja Lookout. Cook up a delicious breakfast together by the Anabangbang Billabong.

&nbsp;

Next, explore Burrungkuy, also known as &#39;Nourlangie&#39; and appreciate some of the oldest and best-preserved indigenous rock art paintings in the world in the Anabangbang Gallery.&nbsp;Many of the paintings depict ancient ancestral beings and represent important stories, beliefs, knowledge and mythological figures from Bininj Culture. It&nbsp;provides&nbsp;a profound insight into the rich cultural traditions of the Bininj people and their spiritual relationship and connection to the land.

&nbsp;

You&#39;ll also climb up to the Kunwarddewardde Lookout for incredible views over Kakadu&#39;s escarpment and the savannah woodlands below. Next, travel&nbsp;south along another 4WD track to &#39;Maguk&#39; (previously known as Barramundi Gorge) to enjoy a picnic lunch by an exquisite natural waterfall and pristine, pandanus-lined plunge pool.&nbsp;

After a 2 kilometre walk exploring the magical contrast and diversity of spectacular savanna landscapes, pristine natural rock pools, wild, rugged cliffs and rocky escarpments, you&#39;ll retire to the historic mining town of Pine Creek to settle in for the evening.&nbsp;

<h4>Day 4 &ndash; Pine Creek to Darwin</h4>

&nbsp;

The adventure today takes you to either Edith Falls or Butterfly Gorge. Edith Falls, traditionally known as &#39;Leliyn&#39;, is a majestic series of cascades and pristine rock pools spread out along the Edith River. Meanwhile,&nbsp;Butterfly Gorge is another secluded paradise hidden away at the base of a low sandstone plateau with a series of rock pools shaded by towering paperbarks, and it&#39;s also home to thousands of common crow butterflies.

&nbsp;

Depending on the time of year and access conditions, you&#39;ll spend the morning cooling off and taking a swim in the crystal clear waters of one of these incredible waterfalls. Both sites are excellent recreational areas, perfect for a picnic lunch and a chance to immerse yourself in the peaceful ambience and spectacular beauty of the sandstone landscape and rocky spinifex country.

&nbsp;

It&#39;s then time to journey&nbsp;back towards Darwin along the Stuart Highway, stopping in at the Adelaide River War Cemetery, one of the largest cemeteries in Australia and a historically significant, heritage-listed site from World War II.

&nbsp;

Arrive back in Darwin at your hotel for the night. Once back in town, you have the option to unwind at the hotel or take some self-guided exploration down to watch the sunset over the ocean at the Mindil Beach markets and browse through the unique outdoor stalls and experience arts, crafts and cuisine from around the world.

<h4>Day 5 &ndash; Darwin to Litchfield National Park to Darwin</h4>

The final morning of this&nbsp;5-day Kakadu tour&nbsp;starts with a visit to Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve, a wildlife haven with abundant native animals, rare birds, turtles, water pythons, and of course, crocodiles.

&nbsp;

Then spend the afternoon exploring Litchfield National Park. A natural wonderland of majestic waterfalls, Litchfield is also home to some of the largest magnetic termite mounds in the Top End. Towering up to 2 metres high and up to 100 years old, these wedge-shaped, tombstone-like silhouettes spread out across the vast savannah plain is a uniquely impressive sight to behold.

The largest and perhaps most well-known attraction here is Wangi Falls (seasonal vist), a massive, segmented double waterfall that cascades over a steep rock escarpment into a huge plunge pool. You&#39;ll also visit the hugely popular swimming spots of either&nbsp;Florence Falls, another spectacular double waterfall&nbsp;and swimming hole with panoramic views of the open valley gorge,&nbsp;or Buley Rockhole, an ancient oasis of picturesque rock pools, natural spas and whirlpools. It&#39;s a perfect place to rejuvenate and soak after a long day of exploration before returning to Darwin.

The Operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance coverage. The Operator retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used from time to time on some tours. Fares are shown in Australian Currency and are correct at time of printing but are subject to change.

Traveller information

For The Operator to confirm your travel arrangements, you must provide all requested details at the time of booking. The Operator will collect certain information from you when you wish to book a trip, this information will be kept on file for 30-days for the purposes of contact tracing. The following personal information will be required: Your full name, contact details, email address, nationality, or Australian postcode and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements. Booking Terms and Conditions

Customer responsible for own vaccination and testing:

The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal, State and Territory) COVID entry restrictions and vaccination guidelines or testing requirements for entry into Australia and/or at the time of travel for tour and transport services. Where the customer is not vaccinated and/or tested prior to departure, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid and The Operator holds the right to refuse boarding. Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the operator shall have the discretion to

	<li>offer a refund or credit voucher (to be used at a later time); or</li>
	<li>to forfeit any and all monies paid by the customer.</li>
</ol>

For the purposes of (a), the operator reserves the right to withhold such a reasonable sum to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.

Cancellations &amp; Refund Policy

Cancellation by the traveller:

The Operator understands that travel plans can sometimes change, if you cancel some or all portions of your booking the cancellation terms set out below will apply. A cancellation will only take effect when The Operator receives written confirmation that you have sent to your relevant booking agent notifying them of your cancellation.&nbsp;

If you wish to change or cancel a trip:

Day Trips:

(a) Flexible Date Changes &ndash; unlimited supply of free date changes available up until 7-days prior to departure; or

(b) 2 to 7-days prior to departure:

<ul>
	<li>The Operator will hold 100% of the deposit paid by you as a credit voucher, valid for redemption within 3-years from date of purchase</li>
	<li>any credit voucher resulting from a cancellation may be applied towards any other tour operated by The Operator within Australia; or</li>
</ul>

(c) 8-days or more prior to departure,

<ul>
	<li>The Operator will refund balance paid by you in connection to your booking less any unrecoverable costs; or</li>
</ul>

(d) failure to board on tour or cancelled within 2-days/48-hrs will result in full fare forfeiture of the ticket price and not eligible for a refund; or

(e) cancellation prior to departure due to you having COVID-19/ &ldquo;flu-like symptoms&rdquo;, supported by a medical certificate, The Operator will refund 100% of monies paid by you either directly or via your booking agent.

Extended Trips:

(a) Flexible Date Changes &ndash; unlimited supply of free date changes available up until 30-days prior to departure; or

(b) 14 to 30-days prior to departure:

<ul>
	<li>The Operator will hold 100% of monies paid by you as credit voucher, valid for redemption within 3-years from date of purchase</li>
	<li>any credit voucher resulting from a cancellation may be applied towards any other tour operated by The Operator within Australia; or</li>

Cancellation by The Operator:

The trips are guaranteed to depart once they have one fully paid traveller onboard, unless minimum group size specifically states otherwise (refer to Product Fact Sheets) or in the event of a Force Majeure resulting in the cancellation of a trip.

The Operator may cancel a trip at any time up to 7-days (Day Trips) and 30-days (Short-Break / Extended Tours) before departure. Alternatively, The Operator can cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events occurs that deem it not viable for The Operator to operate the planned itinerary.

Standard cancellation:

If The Operator cancels your trip, they can offer you a choice of:

(a) a 100% reimbursement of monies paid for your trip

(a) transfer amounts paid to an alternative departure date or tour operated by The Operator; or

(c) issued with a credit travel voucher to the amount paid for your trip, valid for 3-years

Child policy (age requirements):

The child and infant policy and pricing does vary depending on the trip; this is due to the diversity in The product range. All travellers under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.

Amendment to Cancellation Terms &amp; Conditions

Tours departing from 17 March 2020

The tours continue to operate throughout Australia. Given the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, if you decide to cancel your tour The Operator completely understands. The health and wellbeing of the customers and staff is The Operator&rsquo;s number one priority.

If a trip is cancelled due to a &lsquo;Force Majeure Event&rsquo;, The Operator can offer you a choice of:

(a) a 100% credit voucher of monies paid for your trip; or

(b) a refund minus unrecoverable costs.

If the cancellation due to a &lsquo;Force Majeure Event&rsquo; occurs after a trip has commenced, The Operator can offer you a choice of a pro-rata:

(a) 110% credit voucher for the days that remain on your trip; or

(b) refund minus unrecoverable costs of the days that remain on your trip.

Any credit travel voucher resulting from a cancellation as mentioned in (Cancellation by the Traveller):

<ul>
	<li>3-year expiry date and may be applied towards any other available trip offered by The Operator;</li>
	<li>are not redeemable for cash;</li>
	<li>excludes flights or insurance as they will have their own booking conditions</li>
</ul>

In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside The Operator&rsquo;s reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. The Operator is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

Travel insurance

The Operator recommends all guests have travel insurance and should be taken out at the time of booking prior to tour departure. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident&nbsp; death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of US$200 000 for each of the categories of cover.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The Operator also strongly recommends it covers cancellation&nbsp; curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects.&nbsp; If you have travel insurance connected to your credit card or bank account please ensure you have details of the participating insurer, the insurance policy number and emergency contact number with you rather than the bank&rsquo;s name and credit card details.

Prices and surcharges:

The tour prices are subject to variable and seasonal pricing, both of which are standard practice within the travel industry. By booking a tour with, Wildlife Tours Australia you are agreeing that The Operator may contact you in relation to feedback about a tour which you have undertaken with The Operator or one of the affiliates, The Operator may contact you via email in relation to specials or promotional offers. In the event you do not wish to receive any correspondence from The Operator, please select the easy opt out button to discontinue any communication. All photographs and video content recorded during all tours can be used for marketing purposes, please advise your tour guide if you do not agree to release this permission.

Alcohol policy:

Alcohol is not permitted on board The Operator&rsquo;s vehicles. The Operator reserves the right to refuse re-entry if passengers are overly intoxicated, and propose a threat to other passengers, the driver or vehicle. The Operator also reserves the right to advise at any time prior to departure and whilst in operation, that alcohol is no longer permitted. The legal drinking age in Australia is 18 years old, photo ID is required.

Luggage policy:

To maximise the comfort of your journey no luggage storage facilities are provided on (Day Trips): It is recommended you bring a small day pack no bigger than 5-7kg. (Short-Break / Extended Tours): Maximum baggage allowance per person is 15-20kg preferably a soft travelling pack. Excessive amounts of luggage may incur a surcharge fee. Inappropriate luggage presented on the day of departure such as surfboards, bikes and an excessive amount of luggage may result in refusal to board unless previously arranged. Other: mobility scooters, wheelchairs, pushers, prams, walking frames and other walking aids cannot be stored safely on the vehicles, please advise prior to booking if there are any of these aids required.

Pick up and drop off services:

Wildlife Tours Australia&nbsp;may offer complimentary inner city pickup and drop off services to various accommodation providers. Please note it is the customer&rsquo;s responsibility to be waiting out the front of your selected pickup location (accommodation provider) at least 10 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you causing failure to load. Wildlife Tours Australia cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.

Dietary requirements:

Please notify the Wildlife Tours Australia with any dietary requirements, food allergies and/or medical conditions at the time of booking or 7-days prior to tour departure. Limited food options are available on extended tours, forward planning is required to ensure The Operator can accommodate but not guaranteed.

Re-confirm your tour:

All reservations must be confirmed within 48 hours of departure via email to&nbsp;info@wildlifetours.com.au

	<li>The minimum age is 12 years. Not suitable for infants or children 11 years and under. All travellers under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult or guardian</li>

	<li>This itinerary schedule is interchangeable during seasonal weather fluctuations or during park closures due to traditional land owner ceremonies</li>
	<li>There is limited storage space on the vehicle so&nbsp;baggage must be kept to 1 x 15kg travel bag, 1 x 5kg day bag</li>
	<li>This Twin Share fare price is (per person) for adults or children. Solo passengers who book this fare option will be paired in a room with another traveller, where possible with the same gender but not guaranteed</li>
	<li style="list-style-type:disc">Although every effort is made, the supplier shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage.</li>
	<li style="list-style-type:disc">The supplier retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus types and configurations, fares adjustments, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.</li>
	<li>The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal, State and Territory) COVID entry restrictions and vaccination guidelines or testing requirements for entry into Australia and/or at the time of travel for tour and transport services. Where the customer is not vaccinated and/or tested prior to departure, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid and GLT holds the right to refuse to board. Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the operator shall have the discretion to 
	(a) offer a refund or credit voucher (to be used at a later time); or 
	(b) to forfeit any and all monies paid by the customer. 
	For the purposes of (a), the operator reserves the right to withhold such a reasonable sum to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.</li>
