As this is a boat tour please remember to dress appropriately for the weather. It can turn cold quickly so a warm jacket and beanie are advisable. Even on a sunny day, the wind blowing over the water can quickly become very cold.

Sunscreen, sunglasses and a camera should be on your list of things to bring.&nbsp;If you believe you might venture into the water at the farm and don&#39;t want to wait for the shared waders then wear your bathers for the quick option into the water on nice days.&nbsp;Please bring your own towel.

Yes, you can just let the crew know when they begin shucking the oysters for the tour.

Yes, you can but it is preferred that you let us know before the tour, otherwise while visiting the farm we can collect fresh during the tour.

Our boat is a very stable boat that bridges the waves when travelling along and does not roll around on the top of the water when stationary. &nbsp;It is very unusual for someone to feel seasick. &nbsp;If you are on tour and do feel sick we ask that you bring this to our attention so that we can minimise the circumstances that are causing this for you. &nbsp;

We recommend that you allow 45 mins to travel comfortably by car the distance from Port Lincoln to Coffin Bay. &nbsp;There is parking available at the Coffin Bay boat ramp. &nbsp;

Yes, we do.&nbsp;Our new tour boat is specially built for your comfort and this includes a toilet but it can only be accessed by two steps down into it with hand rails for assistance if required.

Our entry doors have been specially designed that they are wide enough for wheelchair access. As we board from a floating pontoon this also allows for wheelchair access. The toilet does not have wheelchair access though.

This tour of Coffin Bay, on the Eyre Peninsula, is a chilled and relaxing experience.&nbsp;You will see all the beauty of the pure and pristine coastline, with time to spot the seals at The Brothers&nbsp;islands and the chance to&nbsp;see dolphins if they appear along the way.&nbsp;

The custom-made boat used&nbsp;on this tour is designed specifically for maximum enjoyment. There are intimate tables for mingling with family, friends or other guests, as well as very large windows that can open on lovely days for you to&nbsp;catch all the action.&nbsp;

The vessel departs from the Coffin Bay boat ramp&nbsp;and motors approximately 16km out to the oyster lease at the entrance to the Coffin Bay waterway. You will&nbsp;see up close the vastness of the prime growing area of these world-famous oysters.&nbsp;Your tour guide is also an oyster farmer who will happily share knowledge about oyster farming, its history and local knowledge of the area.

Plus, if you would like to immerse yourself in the experience, then the option to walk around in the water on the farm is also available. Just remember to bring your bathers and a towel.

The highlight for many guests though is the opportunity to sample a dozen oysters plucked from the water during the tour and shucked on board by the staff &ndash; you can&#39;t get fresher than that!

Whilst we understand this can be disappointing for some passengers, this decision is always made with passenger comfort and safety in mind. Tidal conditions can also impact our tour.
