Play winemaker for the day as you blend your own bottle of wine. Learn about the art of wine blending and the techniques used to perfect your flavour and texture, before bottling, sealing and labelling your bespoke wine.

You will work with the knowledgeable staff to imagine&nbsp;and create your own bottle of wine. Learn about the various elements that go into blending a bottle of wine &ndash; things like whole bunch, pressings and half-whole bunch,&nbsp;plus the art of getting the mix right.&nbsp;&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Every guest will receive a custom bottle of their own wine to take away. You will get to bottle and seal your own unique blend, label it, have it signed by the winemaker! Open it at your next dinner party with friends or family and impress them all with your extensive knowledge when you tell them it&#39;s your own creation!

It&#39;s a fun, yet informative session that combines wine tasting with winemaking principles. Throughout the workshop, you&#39;ll also enjoy some light snacks. Plus, you can also purchase other wine at the end of the tasting.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The "instructor" introduced us to 4 varieties and we tasted and talked about each of their invidual qualities, then we got to experiment with making our own custom blends.
