Tours operate in all but the worst of weather conditions. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes with a good grip.

We reserve the right to change or cancel any bookings. If we cancel a tour we will endeavour to do one of the following: Re-book you for another date or tour (subject to availability), transfer your booking to another person, and as a last resort refund your payment.

Even though we offer tours where alcohol is served, we do not condone excessive or binge drinking. We promote the responsible drinking of alcohol. There are a few key points to remember because we want everyone on our tours to have a good time: Guests must at all times abide by state and federal laws regarding lawful drinking practices (e.g. Responsible Service of Alcohol). Service of alcohol may be refused to persons deemed intoxicated.

It is your responsibility to carry a valid passport, drivers licence, proof of age card, or other suitable forms of identification and for the duration of the tour you are responsible for your own behaviour; uncontrollable and disruptive drunken behaviour will not be tolerated. Any person deemed unruly or disruptive will be removed from the tour and will not be entitled to any refund. Do not drive after one of our tours, we unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility for your ability to get home once our tours finish. At all times, the decision of the tour leader or representative will be final on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of the tour.

Also known as &lsquo;Brewvale&rsquo;, visit&nbsp;some fantastic breweries and maybe even a distillery.&nbsp;

During your brewery visits, taste your way through a great number of amazing beers, of all different styles, strengths, colours and flavours. Learn about the brewing process&nbsp;and&nbsp;the ingredients used, and go&nbsp;behind the scenes to get a real feel for the breweries of&nbsp;Sydney&rsquo;s Northern Beaches.&nbsp;A highlight of the day is an awesome brewery lunch, sampling some of&nbsp;the best&nbsp;local produce. This tour can also pick up and drop off guests in Manly from the&nbsp;4 Pines Brew Pub, 29/43-45 E Esplanade at 11.00 am sharp with a drop-off at approximately 5.00 pm.&nbsp;

NOMAD BREWING CO 
Nomad Brewing Co, in Brookvale, knows just how to use Australia&rsquo;s native ingredients to influence the beers they produce. Headed by an Italian Head Brewery, and the husband and wife team behind Experience IT Beverages, you can be sure to find something interesting at Nomad Brewing Co, no matter the weather. Their motto &ndash; &lsquo;Never Settle&rsquo;.

DAD &amp; DAVE&#39;S BREWING CO 
Established on the Northern Beaches in 2011, Dad and Dave&rsquo;s is a true family-owned business. They focus on the four core ingredients of beer and use them through innovative techniques&nbsp;to give the people what they want. It is&nbsp;even embodied in their motto &ndash; &lsquo;We make beer! Delicious beer!&rsquo;

MODUS OPERANDI BREWING CO 
Modus Operandi, Latin for &lsquo;Method of Operations&rsquo;, embodies what Modus&rsquo; beer is all about. Beer first, no shortcuts. And that&rsquo;s reflected in the quality of beer they produce. Flying live yeast in from the US, and canning everything cold, Modus Operandi is all about the &lsquo;fresh is best&rsquo; ideology.

4 PINES &ndash; TRUCK BAR 
It really is a bar in a truck. The large-scale production brewery and packaging line located in Brookvale&nbsp;is a regular favourite for locals. 4 Pines is on a mission to become Australia&rsquo;s first carbon-neutral brewery. They have a love for beer, a focus on the environment, and a passion for the community.

BUCKETTY&#39;S BREWING CO 
After their long-term dream&nbsp;of owning and running an independent brewery in Bucketty fell between their fingers, owners&nbsp;Nick and Lexi instead opened their brewery doors in Brookvale in February 2021.&nbsp;Bucketty&rsquo;s like to do things a little differently, using homegrown hops and wood from their land to bring the bush to Brookvale.

SEVENTH DAY BREWERY 
Seventh Day Brewery operates with the combined importance of creating excellent beer and wholehearted involvement within the local community. They rose from the dust with the help of the community through crowdfunding, as such they promote the&nbsp;idea of giving back and doing good.

Capturing the harmony between carefree beach life and urban sophistication for which Manly is renowned, founders David, Vanessa and the Manly Spirits Co. team create Australian Gins, Botanical Vodkas and Whiskies that rival the best in the world.&nbsp;Much of their inspiration comes from the stunning surrounding marine environment of the New South Wales coastline.
