To keep things fresh and ensure availability, the tour goes to a different selection of vineyards every day.

Yes, you can request specific vineyards you&#39;d like to visit; however, The Operator can&#39;t promise as itineraries could already be set, or vineyards could already be full.

Ziplining is an outdoor activity, and New Zealand weather is very changeable &ndash; it often experiences &ldquo;four seasons in one day&rdquo;!

&nbsp;

Even on a cloudy day, the sun&rsquo;s rays in New Zealand can be very intense. Therefore, sunscreen and a hat or cap (which can fit under a helmet) are highly recommended. If cold weather is forecast, bring a warm jersey or fleece.

You&rsquo;re very welcome to take a camera, smartphone or GoPro-style video recorder on tour. All The Operator asks is that for the security of your device and the safety of other clients, your phone, camera or GoPro is attached to your clothing or harness by a strap or lanyard. If you don&rsquo;t have a strap or lanyard for your device, ask the team about the &lsquo;phone bungees&rsquo; at check-in.

&nbsp;

If you don&rsquo;t want to use your device &lsquo;mid zip&rsquo; you can also fit an average-sized smartphone or small digital camera in the pouch attached to your zipline harness.

The track is 1.4km in length, so footwear suitable for a walk of that distance is a good idea. However, in the winter months, especially after periods of rain, the track may be muddy, so don&rsquo;t wear those brand-new, ultra-white numbers!

This tour indulges both sides of your personality. You get your cultural fix by visiting some of Waiheke Island&rsquo;s best wineries, plus an adrenaline fix, zooming down three exhilarating zip lines.

<h4>Eco-Zip</h4>

&nbsp;

First up is the zip lining adventure. It&nbsp;involves three 200-metre dual flying foxes on the side of Trig Hill at Onetangi. Between each flight, you get to hike through regenerating native forest, where you&rsquo;ll learn about the local plants and wildlife.

&nbsp;

The three lines you can choose from include the&nbsp;Vineyard Cruise, a fun zipline has a shallow gradient, so you won&rsquo;t go too fast. That just gives you more time to enjoy the stunning views over a working vineyard, Waiheke Island, and beyond.&nbsp;Then, the City View zipline is higher and faster than the Vineyard Cruise, giving you the option to relax or max out your speed. You&rsquo;ll see over Auckland city, the ancient forests of Waiheke, and more. Finally, on Kurinui you&rsquo;ll see fantastic views while hitting thrilling speeds of over 50km/h. You&rsquo;ll be going faster than the cars on the road!

&nbsp;

Plus, the ziplines carry two people at a time, you can share the exhilarating experience with a companion. It&rsquo;s great having someone to yahoo with on the way down.

<h4>Wine Tour</h4>

&nbsp;

The second half of your day involves an amazing lunch (not included) at one of the island&#39;s stunning vineyards or beachside cafe, then tasting experiences at two or three other wineries.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

The wineries chosen will vary depending on availability but might include&nbsp;Man O&#39; War Vineyards,&nbsp;Cable Bay Vineyards, or&nbsp;Mudbrick Vineyard and Restaurant. If there&#39;s a winery, in particular, you want to visit, ask your guide, and they can check availability if the itinerary isn&#39;t already set.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

On the road, the knowledgeable guide will fill you in on Waiheke&rsquo;s history and wine specialties. Waiheke Island boasts around 30 incredible wineries and cellar doors. It&#39;s best known as a red-producing region, focusing on Merlot &amp; Syrah. However, they also make some excellent whites, including&nbsp;Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris.&nbsp;

<h4>Getting to Waiheke</h4>

&nbsp;

If you&#39;re staying in Auckland, you will need to ensure you catch the 8:00 am Fullers ferry (not included) for the pick-up from the&nbsp;Matiatia ferry terminal.&nbsp;If you&#39;re staying on Waiheke Island, your guide will collect you from your accommodation.

&nbsp;

After the tour, you&#39;ll be dropped back to either the ferry terminal to make your way back to Auckland or back at your Waiheke accommodation.&nbsp;

This website contains price information. If purchasing from outside of New Zealand, the price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.

This means that because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. So if you purchase on this website, you will always be charged the equivalent in New Zealand dollars at the bank exchange rate of the day.

Cancellations

Enjoi NZ and our partners reserve the right to cancel or amend any bookings due to any unforeseen circumstances and Covid 19 or weather conditions at any time. In this case clients will receive an option to reschedule.&nbsp; Enjoi will honer a 12 month credit note per person for the date they choose to rebook should that date be available.

Reschedule Bookings

You can opt to reschedule your booking 48hrs prior the tour date however a $20 per person fee will be incurred.

COVID 19

Enjoi NZ are following the government Covid 19 guidelines.&nbsp; All guests are to sign in and show double vaccine passports on arrival.&nbsp; If we go into lockdown and guests cannot attend their tour we will only be offering a credit note so they can reschedule the tour at a date that suits the guest once the country re-opens (no fees will apply).&nbsp; We will not be refunding anyone if we are in Red light or similar where the tour can still operate.&nbsp; Enjoi NZ are happy for you to re-sell or change the attendees booked on the tour.

The Use of Our Services

Passengers must pay for tours prior to embarkation.

To consume alcohol at the venues, passengers must be able to prove they are over 18 years of age.

Enjoi NZ reserves the right to use alternate (vehicles with extra capacity) and operators.

Enjoi NZ reserves the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.

Enjoi NZ is not obliged to refund the price of cancelled bookings. 
Passengers who soil or vomit in the vehicles will be charged a cleaning fee of $50-$300. This will either be charged to your credit card or cash payment.

Children

Our tours are specifically designed for the enjoyment of adults. Nobody under the age of 18 years is permitted on our tours unless agreed by&nbsp;Enjoi NZ prior.

Travelling on Our Vehicles

Enjoi NZ&nbsp;vehicles are not party vehicles.

The consumption of alcohol is permitted on the vehicles. Intoxicated and drunken behaviour will not be tolerated. Unruly passengers causing disturbance will be removed from the vehicle, no refunds will be given.

Bringing your own drink&rsquo;s or food is not allowed in our vehicles.

Enjoi NZ&nbsp;will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or otherwise to people or property/venues and the passengers and / or organiser will be held liable to cover any additional costs incurred.

Security Cameras

Enjoi NZ&nbsp;vehicles have security camera&rsquo;s operating 24/7. Video footage maybe used at our discretion including evidence, security, and promotional material.

All Day WiFi

All day Wifi is restricted to only in Enjoi NZ vehicles.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this site.

Other Guests

If anyone is rude while on tour then we reserve the right to cancelled their tour without a refund. Please note that we are not held responsible for someone else&rsquo;s actions while on tour.

Identification

Please bring appropriate I.D while on tour. If you are asked and you fail to provide it then you could be asked to leave the tour without a full refund.

<h3>EcoZip Conditions</h3>

&nbsp;

Below are the terms which apply to all Participants upon booking an EcoZip Adventure. EcoZip Adventures currently offers Zipline Adventures (Zipline). Upon making a booking the Participant agrees to be bound by these Booking Terms (Booking Terms).

A release and waiver is required to be signed upon arrival at EcoZip Adventures by each Participant before participation in any EcoZip Adventure is permitted (Participation Waiver).

PROVIDER

Tours and services are provided by Ziplines New Zealand Limited trading as, and hereafter referred to, as EcoZip Adventures.

PRICES

All prices stated are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods &amp; Services Tax (GST). Prices are correct at the date of publication but are subject to change.

AGE

There is no&nbsp;age limit. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian properly authorised to agree to these Booking Terms and sign the Participation Waiver on that minor&rsquo;s behalf.

WEIGHT LIMITS

The minimum weight to undertake an EcoZip Adventures tour is 30kg (66lbs) and the maximum is 125kg (275lbs). EcoZip Adventures reserves the right to ask Participants to be weighed prior to taking part in the activity.

CHECK IN

All Participants MUST check in promptly at their tour time &ndash; if participants have not arrived by their tour time, it shall be deemed a &ldquo;No Show&rdquo; and their participation on the tour shall be cancelled without refund.

CLOTHING

Zipline is an outdoor activity. Weather is changeable therefore all Participants must dress accordingly.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Participation in the Zipline involves a 1.5km (approximately) walk along a designated walking track from the end of the Zipline back to EcoZip head office. The designated walking track is of slight gradient, uneven surface and may at times be wet and slippery. All Participants need to be of reasonable fitness to complete such walk. Participants must keep strictly to the designated walking track and are not permitted to deviate from such track in any circumstances.

HEALTH

Zipline Adventures are designed for participants of average mobility, fitness and strength who are in reasonably good health. Obesity, high blood pressure, cardiac and coronary artery disease, pulmonary problems, pregnancy, arthritis, tendonitis, prior head, neck, or back injuries or other joint and muscular-skeletal problems may impair the safety and well-being of participants; as may other medical, physical, psychological and psychiatric problems (Conditions). All or any of these Conditions may increase the inherent risks of the experience and cause the Participant to be a danger to themselves or others.

Participants who suffer from any of the Conditions or any other underlying medical problems acknowledge that such conditions will put them at greater risk of injury or illness during a Zipline experience and must carefully consider those risks before choosing to participate. Participants must fully inform tour staff, on the Participation Waiver, prior to the beginning of the tour if they suffer any of the Conditions or any other underlying medical conditions. EcoZip Adventures reserves the right to exclude any applicant from participation, for medical, safety, or other reasons.

Participants consent to receive any medical treatment which may be deemed necessary in the case of injury, accident or illness suffered while participating in the Zipline and to indemnify EcoZip Adventures against any claims in respect of such treatment.

EcoZip Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual believed to be affected by alcohol or drugs (including impairing prescription medication) and in such circumstances no refund will be provided.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment may be made online by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by EFTPOS or cash for Participants booking in person.

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT BY THE PARTICIPANT &ndash;

i. Bookings cancelled within 48-hours of scheduled departure time are non-refundable. Bookings amended to another date and/or time within 48-hours of scheduled departure time are subject to a rescheduling fee of $49 per person. Participants that fail to present themselves 30 minutes before their Zipline (&lsquo;no show&rsquo;) will forfeit 100% of their payment.

ii. Bookings cancelled more than 48-hours before scheduled departure time are subject to a $25 cancellation charge per person and the balance shall be refunded. Subject to availability such bookings may be amended once free-of-charge. Any subsequent amendments or cancellations will be subject to the cancellation charges set out in these Terms.

CANCELLATION BY US &ndash;

For the safety of our Participants, due to inclement weather or due to events beyond our control EcoZip Adventures may need to cancel a tour. EcoZip Adventures will use all reasonable endeavours to contact the Participant in sufficient time to notify of the cancellation. In the event that we cancel a tour the Participant will be offered either a full refund or a booking transfer to an alternative date and/or time. EcoZip Adventures is not liable in any circumstances for any costs incurred by the Participant as a result of such a cancellation.

BAGGAGE &amp; OTHER BELONGINGS

Participants may not undertake the tour with items on their person (such as mobiles phones, laptop or tablet devices, handbags, backpacks) as these may fall or otherwise be dropped. Lockers are provided for Participant&rsquo;s to store such items. EcoZip Adventures is not responsible for any items lost or stolen from the lockers or as a result of being left within our buildings or site.

WAIVER

Upon arrival at EcoZip Adventures Participants will be asked to thoroughly read and then sign a Participation Waiver. Unless the Participation Waiver is duly completed and signed, Participants will not be permitted to participate in the Zipline. A copy of the waiver is available prior to your arrival should you request one.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted at any time anywhere on our site or in any of our vehicles.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

During the course of the tour, representatives of EcoZip Adventures may make video and/or photographic recordings that may include the Participant&rsquo;s voice and/or image. Participants agree that any and all such recordings will be the sole and exclusive property of EcoZip Adventures and that EcoZip Adventures is authorised to use such recordings or photography in any manner it so chooses without any further agreement by the Participant.

PERSONAL PRIVACY

Any information supplied to us will be used solely for the purpose of providing our products or services. We will not sell, rent or otherwise make available to any third-party any of your personal information except as required to do so by New Zealand law or by the order any other regulatory body.

LIABILITY

Notwithstanding anything else contained in these Booking Terms or the Participation Waiver, to the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoZip Adventures (including EcoZip Adventure&rsquo;s officers and/or its employees) does not have any liability whatsoever to the Participant or any other person for any claims, losses, expenses (including legal costs on a solicitor own client basis) that may have been incurred by a Participant or any other party either during, or in any way related to, a Participant&rsquo;s participation in the Zipline, including (but not limited to) any liability for:

&ndash; personal injury or death; 
&ndash; property loss or damage; 
&ndash; disruption to travel plans; 
&ndash; acts which may be negligent or accidental; 
&ndash; any mental injury or any other loss, damage, suffering, emotional or nervous disorder; 
&ndash; any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind including any financial loss.

Notwithstanding anything else contained in these Booking Terms or the Participation Waiver, if EcoZip Adventures is found liable in any circumstances whatsoever, EcoZip Adventures&rsquo; total liability is limited (to the fullest extent permitted by law) to a maximum aggregate amount of the ticket price paid by the Participant.

INDEMNITY

The Participant must indemnify and hold harmless EcoZip Adventures (including EcoZip Adventure&rsquo;s owners, agents and employees), and the owner of the property on which the Zipline is conducted (the Released Parties) from any and all loss, costs, claims, damages, expenses whatsoever (including all legal costs and expenses incurred on a solicitor/own client basis) the Released Parties may incur as a result of the Participant&rsquo;s participation in the Zipline, any breach of the Booking Terms and/or the Participaiton Waiver or by any representation made, or any act, omission, or negligence committed by the Participant.

JURISDICTION

These Booking Terms and the Waiver Form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. The Participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand with respect to any claim or matter arising out of or in connection with these Booking Terms and the Waiver Form.
