<p>Please bring light clothing, a bathing suit, towel, sports sandals, hat, suntan lotion,&nbsp;and a&nbsp;camera.</p>

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align:justify">Our half day tour will begin from our base in <strong>Playa Agujas</strong>. Meet the guide before picking out your PFD and paddle. Then head out to the beach for a safety briefing. Afterward, the adventure really begins when you get into the outrigger for our casual 30 to 40 minutes paddle to one of our destination beaches. Upon arrival, enjoy 45 to 60 minutes of a variety of activities. Choose between <strong>swimming, snorkeling, beachcombing, waterfalls, nature hikes and hermit crab races</strong>. Then eat<strong> a fresh fruit buffet</strong> on the beach before paddling back to our base in <strong>Playa Agujas</strong> .</p>

<h2>Reservations, Payments and Cancellations Policies</h2>

<p>Gray Line Shuttle and Airport Shuttle: Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure will be considered a &quot;no-show;&quot; therefore, no refunds will be made. Transfers are based upon scheduled departures. Private transfers are available upon request. Rates are subject to change without previous notice due to increases from our suppliers and/or changes in government taxes.</p>

<p>Hotels and packages: &nbsp;All bookings must be paid in full prior to client&#39;s arrival. &nbsp;Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to client&#39;s arrival will be considered a no-show, and are subject to the penalties imposed by hotels and other service suppliers. <h2>Baggage</h2>

<p>Baggage is carried under passenger&#39;s risk. Liability for loss, delay, or damage to baggage is limited to a maximum of USD $ 100.00, regardless of the value for it&#39;s owner, unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. We assume no liability for fragile, valuable or perishable articles.</p>

<h2>Adventure Activities</h2>

<p>When practicing adventure activities, and/or visiting wilderness areas or other places were the tour enters or takes place, the tour participant attests and verifies to be physically fit and in good health to undertake these activities. The tour participant expressly accepts and assumes the risks and dangers inherent to these areas and activities.</p>

<h2>Accidents</h2>

<p>Liability for death or personal injuries to passengers is limited to contract conditions with suppliers and insurance coverage subscribed by the company, according to the laws of Costa Rica, in effect at the moment of the accident.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Showers and changing rooms are available at our base in Playa Agujas. Minimum of 2 passengers is required for the tour to run; if the minimum size is not reached, the tour is subject to cancellation and all tickets are refunded or rescheduled.</p>
