Beginner:&nbsp;Zero motorcycle experience required. Lessons are compulsory for first-time riders and included for free in the tour price, or you may ride an automatic scooter.

 
Intermediate:&nbsp;Comfortable riding a motorcycle on sealed roads, in moderate-heavy traffic, on mildly uneven/ unsealed roads, and up to 4-5 hours per day. You may require minor assistance in some harder off-road sections.

 
Advanced:&nbsp;Extensive riding experience (including a minimum 1 year off-road). You are comfortable riding on almost any terrain in any weather conditions for up to 6 hours per day.

Santa Marta: The meeting location is a short 5,000 COP taxi away. Our office is located at Carrera 21 #20 -36 in Bario Jardin (Drop Bear Hostel)

Cartagena:&nbsp;Your best bet for transportation to and from Cartagena is with Marsol or Berlinas. Both have comfortable shuttle vans, and Marsol even offers door to door service. Usually, the journey takes about 4 hours.

The meeting point is conveniently located at&nbsp;Drop Bear Hostel and offers dorm beds as well as private rooms&nbsp;at competitive rates.

In Colombia, you do not need an international driver&#39;s license when you are in the country on a tourist visa. Bikes 124cc and below do not require a motorcycle endorsement.

Day 1

&nbsp;

You will begin your tour in Santa Marta with a 9 am departure. From there, cruise along the seaside and up and down the region&#39;s rolling hills as you make your way towards Palomino. You will stop at an Italian pizzeria called Prima Luna Restaurant for lunch before taking a boat tour of the Camarones flamingo sanctuary.

You will ride for approximately 5 hours today. Eat dinner at Lima restaurant, then&nbsp;spend the night at&nbsp;Happiness Hostel, the best in Riohacha.&nbsp;

Day 2

&nbsp;

Spend your second day exploring the quiet fishing village of Dibulla. Then, ride your&nbsp;motorcycle&nbsp;up the mountain road to Machete. This will&nbsp;be&nbsp;the starting point for anyone who chooses to hike up to the&nbsp;Lost City (Ciudad Perdida).

Later, you will get to go river tubing in Buritaca (with the added perk of all-you-can-drink alcohol!) You will ride approximately 5 hours today and then spend the night at El Rio, voted&nbsp;Colombia&#39;s best hostel in 2018.

Day 3

&nbsp;

On day 3, it&#39;s time to visit Minca. You will take a tour of Finca La Victoria coffee farm and&nbsp;get to taste their organic coffee for yourself. Then, visit&nbsp;Pozo Azul waterfall for a swim and a cliff-jump followed by a lunch of smoked meats (or a vegetarian alternative) at&nbsp;Camarita&#39;s Smokehouse.

&nbsp;

You will ride approximately&nbsp;6 hours today before returning to Santa Marta around 5 pm.
