	<li>The Traveller may cancel the services at any time, however, if the Traveller cancels the Services:</li>
</ul>

- More than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the Services, The Supplier may retain 10% of the Service price;

- More than 48 hours but less than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the Service, The Supplier may retain 50% of the Service price;

- Less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Services or the Traveller does not appear for the Services, The Supplier may retain 100% of the Services price.

- The Supplier will also be able to retain any sums that are due and payable to third party providers. If The Supplier does not have these monies from the Traveller then the Traveller must pay to EKI the amount due and payable to the third party provider within seven (7) days of issue of an invoice by The Supplier to the traveller.

Pick up is available Is from a range of accommodation properties located in Kingscote, Emu Bay, Smith Bay, American River and Haines. Specific pick-up times will be confirmed the day prior to your tour, but it will generally be between 9 and 10am.

The Supplier can accommodate most mobility difficulties; depending on your level of mobility, it may be necessary to take a private tour. Occupational Health and Welfare legislation limit the total weight any staff can lift to 25kg (55 lb), so if substantial lifting is required, you must be travelling with an able-bodied companion. It is important to note that The Supplier can use 4WD vehicles (SUV or larger) for&nbsp; tours which have a higher floor level than a regular sedan and all vehicles have at least two steps you need to climb to get on board.&nbsp;

The Supplier has their own Chef who prides himself on providing the same high-level dining regardless of your requirements. They regularly provide vegan, no red meat, low fat, gluten-free and kosher-compatible meals. What is critical is clearly communicating your needs in advance &ndash; once you are out in the bush, it makes it harder to cater for a special dietary need on the spot.

Begin the day in the pristine farming region of Cygnet River, which produces a range of primary food sources including barley, wheat, canola, oats, lamb and beef. Learn about the agricultural history of Kangaroo Island and pass by Kangaroo Island Pure Grain, which is &lsquo;GM-free&rsquo; and offers consumers farm-gate traceability and complete production history.

Your first stop is Kangaroo Island Olives, where father and son duo, Michael and Dom, produce olives from a grove of 5000 trees. This enterprise reflects both the Mediterranean climate and the rich immigrant history of South Australia. This tailgate tasting includes both table olives and some of the delicious oils they produce.

On your way to the coastal town of American River,&nbsp;pass by&nbsp;Fryar&rsquo;s Kangaroo Island Free Range Eggs and learn about the fascinating egg farm. The hens are free to roam wherever they like foraging in the pastures under the careful protection of Maremma guardian dogs.

American River is home to the Kangaroo Island Oyster Farm Shop, which produces delicious Pacific Oysters in the calm waters of Eastern Cove. Depending on the season, you will either sample some oysters in the shop or at a secluded picnic spot. Here, an alfresco lunch features smoked meats, fresh salad and a selection of local beer and wines.

After lunch, head inland to visit Clifford&rsquo;s Honey Farm. Since 1973, the Clifford family have specialised in producing honey from Kangaroo Island&rsquo;s Ligurian Bee. Here you will gain an insight into the production of honey, including a tasting of a range of honey plus Jenny&rsquo;s famous honey ice cream!

The Islander Estate Vineyards are one of Kangaroo Island&rsquo;s premium wineries, producing a range of stunning red and white varieties. Visit their tasting room and&nbsp;sample a selection of their wines whilst hearing about some of the creative winemaking techniques used by owner and winemaker, Jacques Lurton, from Bourdeaux, France.

&nbsp;

Then, end the day with a tasting at Kangaroo Island Spirits, who have won numerous awards globally (including New York and London) for their range of beautiful gins and liqueurs.

In booking a tour the traveller:

	<li>Must prepare for the tour by bringing the following: Binoculars, camera and film to capture the wildlife and spectacular scenery</li>
	<li>Wear: Walking shoes suitable for uneven terrain, long trousers to protect your legs in the bush, warm jackets to counter the fresh ocean breeze, sunscreen and hat</li>
	<li>Accepts the physical risks involved in the tour;</li>
	<li>Must not commence the tour if they are unfit or become unfit to participate in the tour by reason of ill health or injury;</li>
	<li>Is responsible for the safekeeping against loss and protection against damage of all personal effects of the traveller except where items have been deposited into the safekeeping of The Supplier</li>
	<li>Must take out travel insurance covering tour cancellations, inability to travel or continue with the tour (for whatever reason), loss or damage to personal effects, medical, evacuation and repatriation expenses, and accidental death or disability;</li>
